Quince Imaging partnered with the University of Central Florida Foundation to deliver a fully immersive environment for the “Go for Launch” campaign gala at Addition Financial Arena. By transforming 58 dining tables into synchronized projection-mapped storytelling surfaces, the team created a cohesive, high-impact experience that captivated donors and connected every guest to the campaign’s vision.
THE PROJECT VISION
The University of Central Florida’s “Go for Launch” campaign gala called for more than a traditional fundraising event, it required a fully immersive experience that could engage a large audience of donors and stakeholders.
Quince Imaging partnered with UCF to extend storytelling beyond the stage and into the audience. The vision was to create a cohesive, high-impact environment where every guest felt connected to the program, regardless of where they were seated.
By reimagining the room as a 360-degree canvas, the goal was to eliminate “bad seats” and deliver a shared visual experience across the entire arena.
TECHNOLOGY BEHIND THE EXPERIENCE
To bring this immersive gala experience to life, Quince Imaging deployed 58 Epson EB-PU1008 laser projectors, delivering the precision and coverage required to transform every table into an individual projection surface inside UCF Arena.
The system was engineered to create a seamless, room-wide canvas across all 58 tables—ensuring every guest experienced synchronized visuals regardless of seating position. Powered by Disguise media servers and fully integrated with live show control and LED systems, the setup enabled frame-accurate playback aligned with the event program.
From custom truss-mounted rigging and signal distribution to precise alignment and calibration at each table, the team executed a highly coordinated installation under a compressed timeline. This large-scale deployment pushed the boundaries of table projection mapping and set a new standard for immersive gala environments.

The result was a fully immersive, room-wide experience that transformed a traditional gala into a dynamic visual environment.
Every guest became part of the show, with synchronized content creating a unified experience from every seat. Engagement increased during key moments, and the overall atmosphere elevated the impact of the campaign.
