Driver/Warehouse Associate Live Events

Quince Imaging is seeking a Driver/Warehouse Associate with a “can-do” attitude to assist our organization in supporting virtual events, systems integration, and external events. The Driver/Warehouse Associate performs a variety of tasks relating to day-to-day warehouse operations and product transportation, including issue, receipt, delivery and control of Quince Imaging’s display and video equipment. Duties include driving medium to heavy weight trucks short and medium distances to deliver our display and video equipment to customers in compliance with all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations. Schedules can range from week to week. Some evenings and weekend work may be required. This position presents a strong possibility of professional growth, opportunity, and upward mobility for a motivated candidate.

RESPONSIBILITES include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in all outgoing and incoming products for accuracy in terms of size, amount and type.
• Ensure all administrative paperwork concerning delivery orders required to move with shipments is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies delivery.
• Maintain professional representation in all interactions with customers.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklift, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.).
• Driving medium to heavy weight trucks short and medium distances to deliver our display and video equipment to customers in compliance with all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations.
• Always practice responsible driving, no texting, or use of cell phones while driving.
• Comply with state and federal regulations, including driver’s logs, records of fuel purchases, mileage records and other records required by law and Company policy.
• Abide by all safety procedures and programs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to maintain flexible attitude and approach toward assignments
• Project businesslike manner and appearance
• Ability to establish and maintain professional and cooperative relationships during work
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and mental ability to handle receipts, read maps, road signs, maintain logs, etc.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, load and unload trucks
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Windows
• Must have good written and verbal communication
• Possess working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems
• Ability to handle receipts, read maps, road signs, maintain logs, etc.
• Ability to apply knowledge of commercial driving and skills in maneuvering vehicle at varying speeds in difficult situations, such as heavy traffic, inclement weather or in tight loading areas
• Knowledge of electrical power and audio-visual equipment is a plus
• Basic computer skills required. Inventory management software knowledge is a bonus
• The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work productively with light supervision

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age and possess valid driver license or such other proper license classification as required by the DOT in conjunction with vehicle weight
• Must have clean motor vehicle report and criminal report
• The Company, in its discretion, may find appropriate and acceptable alternatives to the above qualifications

Live Events Key Account Manager

Term: fulltime (40 hours per week dictated by event schedule)

Location: Hybrid-Remote/Sterling, Virginia

Quince Imaging Inc. is seeking Full-Time Live Events Key Account Managers to support live event productions nationwide. This position offers tremendous growth potential for anyone willing to embrace the Quince mantra and take the initiative to go above and beyond.

Candidate will work firsthand on large-scale events from concept though execution. Events range in size and scope from hundreds to thousands of participants and take place in venues across the US and internationally. The Event Production/Account Manager (AM) works primarily in the office and on event location. The work environment is fast paced and deadline oriented. The schedule may be irregular at times and the position may be physically demanding depending on the event environment. The AM may be required to work long hours on event days. The AM is often the “first to arrive and the last to leave”. Some travel required.

Knoweldge, Skills, and Abilities:

• At least 5 years of technical production and/or event related experience with a clear focus on customer interaction.
• Enthusiastic individual with strong technical background; interested in advancing in the special event industry.
• Must be an exceptionally resourceful self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of working a variety of hours as required by event schedule; able to travel and work nights and weekends when needed.

Education/ Experience/ Qualifications:

• B.A./B.S. with a technical/communications degree preferred.
• Proficient in both Mac & PC, Microsoft Office, Word, MS Outlook, Windows, Excel, Adobe. Knowledge of Vectorworks and AutoCAD are a plus.
• Must possess valid Driver’s License.
• Must have clean motor vehicle report and criminal report.
