Quince Imaging partnered with William & Mary to celebrate a historic $100 million gift that launched the Batten School of Coastal & Marine Sciences; the largest donation ever made to advance coastal and marine science education and research at a university.

To honor this milestone, Quince Imaging transformed the event space inside a custom grand tent into a fully immersive environment. The production featured 40 Epson projection-mapped tables paired with a large-format LED display, creating a dynamic visual experience that surrounded guests with breathtaking coastline imagery and ocean-inspired storytelling. This approach blended projection mapping, LED video, and environmental design to support the institution’s mission and elevate the guest experience.
