To celebrate the conclusion of Duke University’s historic Duke Forward campaign in 2017, Quince Imaging partnered with Duke Athletics to deliver a large-scale immersive projection experience inside Cameron Indoor Stadium, one of the most iconic venues in college basketball.

The production featured 44 high-performance 14K projectors, creating a seamless 32K-resolution canvas spanning more than 400 feet. This massive display transformed Cameron Indoor Stadium into a fully immersive storytelling environment, bringing to life the impact of the Duke Forward campaign and the “Building Champions” initiative, which raised $340 million for Duke Athletics as part of the university’s broader $3.85 billion fundraising effort.

From dynamic visuals honoring Duke’s athletic legacy to powerful moments highlighting donor impact and institutional pride, the projection mapping finale served as a larger-than-life tribute, uniting alumni, student-athletes, donors, and the Duke community in a single unforgettable moment. The project exemplifies how immersive projection mapping can elevate live events, strengthen storytelling, and create lasting emotional connections at scale.
