Quince Story
In 1996, Ron Currier, proprietor of Currier Imaging,
began discussions with Scott Williams, VP and
head of SAIC's Information Display Systems division,
about creating a company with a singular focus:
Delivering premium quality large screen display
services and systems. Ron was fond of saying,
"Sure you run a division of a $2 billion
company, but what are you going to do tomorrow?"
In 1997, the two longtime industry leaders with
over 50 years of combined experience from thousands
of shows and events, founded Quince Imaging.
With lengthy histories of work at large corporations,
both wanted to make Quince different; truly different.
And the result? While there is no page in the
employee manual that says, "You will have
fun working here," it's as pervasive and
practiced as though there were.
