Leadership

Ron Currier - President
Ron got his start in the industry while serving as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. Some of his early projects (as a projectionist) were Muhammad Ali prize fights, medical television programs, such as Dr. Debakey’s open heart surgery, closed-circuit training events, and the introduction of “Breakfast at McDonalds”. Ron was fascinated with these events, and quickly decided he had found what he wanted to do when he ‘grew up’.
Following his discharge after eight years of active service, Ron relocated to New York City. Here he helped develop projects as diverse as Papal Coronation Ceremonies, World Cup Soccer events, and large networks – of 100 cities or more – for Presidential Inaugural Galas. Ron’s responsibilities grew to encompass every facet of event staging services.
After 12 years in the Big Apple, Ron decided it was time to strike out on his own. He moved to Dallas, founded Currier Imaging, then married and began a family. In 1997, Ron teamed with Scott Williams, a long-time friend, colleague and customer, and Quince Imaging was founded.

Scott Williams - COO
Scott is a positive, high-energy and enthusiastically infectious leader, who is as focused on the trip as he is the destination. His unyielding drive for “best of industry” performance for all clients, on all events is one of the principle reasons for the growth and success of Quince Imaging.
Like Ron, Scott got his start in the business at an early age, joining government contractor SAIC, directly out of James Madison University. SAIC had the exclusive North America distributorship with Gretag, the Swiss maker of the Eidophor projector. Scott’s first event was Madonna’s coming out performance in NYC and “surviving that,” he said, he was hooked. Over the next 15 years, he climbed the corporate ladder to become VP and GM of the Information Display Systems Division at SAIC, before he made the move to join forces with Ron Currier and found Quince Imaging.
